QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

OBJECTIVE: To maintain the leading position among Lithuanian scrap metal and metal waste processing companies, and to expand the export market in foreign countries. To protect the environment against contamination with metal waste by carrying out, expanding and improving the procurement and processing of that waste.

 

  1. – To ensure stable development and profitability of the organization’s activities;
  2. – To strengthen the competitive advantage of the company and its position in the domestic and international markets;
  3. – To continuously improve management processes, to seek a greater efficiency in the fields of quality and environmental protection, and to provide for and allocate the resources necessary for achieving this;
  4. – To maintain long-term and trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers and partners;
  5. – To provide professional consultations to customers on scrap metal disassembly issues;
  6. – To analyse customer needs, anticipate expectations, and provide rational solutions for their implementation;
