QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MANAGEMENT POLICY

OBJECTIVE: To maintain the leading position among Lithuanian scrap metal and metal waste processing companies, and to expand the export market in foreign countries. To protect the environment against contamination with metal waste by carrying out, expanding and improving the procurement and processing of that waste.

1. – To ensure stable development and profitability of the organization’s activities;
2. – To strengthen the competitive advantage of the company and its position in the domestic and international markets;
3. – To continuously improve management processes, to seek a greater efficiency in the fields of quality and environmental protection, and to provide for and allocate the resources necessary for achieving this;
4. – To maintain long-term and trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers and partners;
5. – To provide professional consultations to customers on scrap metal disassembly issues;
6. – To analyse customer needs, anticipate expectations, and provide rational solutions for their implementation;
7. – To continually improve the technologies of the scrap metal and metal waste recycling processes and to introduce technical innovations;
8. – To encourage other companies to sort out and deliver various metal waste;
9. – To ensure safe scrap metal recycling and management processes in terms of employees and the environment;
10. – To ensure adequate and safe working conditions and social guarantees for employees;
11. – To carry out the prevention of possible accidents and environmental pollution, reducing emissions into the environment as much as possible, and promoting the secondary use of the generated waste;
12. – To use natural and energy resources sparingly and rationally;
13. – To systematically improve the qualification of employees at all levels, to promote creative initiatives and awareness, and to develop personal responsibility of employees for the quality of the work performed and environmental protection;
14. – To ensure the compliance with the requirements of regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania and the fulfilment contractual obligations.

The company strives to ensure that all current and future business processes are safe and cause as little damage to the environment as possible. All employees of the company are acquainted with the present Quality and Environmental Protection Management Policy and have to follow its provisions in their working environment.
