Our advantage since 2015: Wire stripping and grinding (granulation) system

Since 2015, our sites have been equipped with a professional wire stripping and granulation system. This means that we turn waste cables on-site into a clean and high-value product: copper or aluminium granules and a separate plastic fraction. What does this bring to our customers and partners?

How does our line work?

We strip the wires → grind to fine granules → separate the metal from the plastic using the air classifier and densimetric method → clean the "floating" fractions → obtain clean Cu/Al granules and a separate plastic stream. What does this bring to our customers and partners?

  • Advantages
  • Why is it important for the market?

What does this mean for our customers and partners?

  • Higher payments for wires: We produce clean metal granules from mixed wires (up to 99.9% cleanliness), so we can competitively assess and pay a better price for the raw material provided by you.
  • Speed and clarity: Cables are accepted, shredded and separated right here – fewer intermediaries, less waiting, and more transparency in pricing.
  • Procedures and documents: We issue the necessary destruction/recycling certificates, ensure traceability and compliance with the WEEE/EPR requirements.
  • No burning, no pollution: We employ a dry process with dust filtration – a cleaner and safer option in accordance with current environmental protection requirements.
  • More convenient logistics: We turn the "chaos" of cables into a densely arranged and easy-to-transport product – easier to store, load, and sell.
  • Stability and experience: For over 10 years, we have been consistently investing in technology, knife care, filtration and quality control – so we guarantee the result on daily basis.

We turn cable waste into a higher value-added raw material that goes directly to recycling. This way, we reduce the quantities of waste, increase its economic value and contribute to the goals of the circular economy.
