We offer a mobile scrap metal processing service with the use of the LEFORT MOBILE 600 hydraulic scrap metal shear and baler – a single device that compacts and cuts steel and non-ferrous metals directly on your site. The machine has a cutting force of 600 t, a TS type 6-meter compression box, as well as operates in both shearing (≈12-13 t/h) and compressing (≈20-25 t/h) modes, enabling you to quickly obtain a clean and market-ready fraction.
The mobile thruster (a monoblock pulled by a truck) allows to deliver the machine to your sites, dismantling or construction objects and to reduce the raw scrap-related logistics costs. Thanks to remote control, automatic cycles and IFM PLC controller, the operation is safe and the cycles are stable; equipment meets CE requirements.
Technical highlights for the customer: cutting height: up to 600 mm, cutting width: 800 mm, compressing force: 120 t, pusher: 180 t, 400 hp (Stage V) diesel engine for long operation cycles. Clean cuts and dense bales ensure a better weight factor and a higher selling price.
The LEFORT mobile shear is designed for multi-site work and subcontracting services, which is an advantage when you need to react expeditiously to increased purchase flows and to speed up turnaround of the capital.
