  • How is the price of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal determined?

    Purchase prices for metals are based on exchanges (such as the LME) and local demand, therefore, they change daily. The final purchase price of a metal is determined based on the type and cleanliness of the metal, and the quantity of the scrap of that metal. You can always check the purchase prices we offer for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal on our website (separate for each of our sites).

  • What metals do you usually procure?

    Ferrous (steel, cast iron) and non-ferrous (copper, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, lead), as well as vehicles and household appliances. Information concerning specific categories are published by the purchasing sites.

  • Can you collect scrap metal from a company/object?

    Yes, we deliver containers for collecting larger quantities. May not apply in case of small quantities.

  • What do I have to present at the site when selling scrap metal to you?

    An identity document, if you are a natural person.

  • How is the weighing of and payment for metals carried out?

    The metal is weighed, the type is determined, and the payment is made on the spot in accordance with the applicable laws (bank payment order or cash.) If the amount exceeds EUR 5,000, payment is made only via bank payment order.

  • Do you accept various cables and wires for purchase?

    Yes, but the price depends on the percentage of copper/aluminium and insulation. Cleaner, without plugs are more expensive.

  • What materials are usually not accepted?

    Dangerous, stolen goods, gas cylinders, closed pressure vessels, radioactive, contaminated with lubricants or chemicals materials.

  • Do you procure car or other batteries and what do you do with acid?

    Yes, we procure lead-acid batteries. Acid and lead are disposed of in accordance with environmental protection requirements.

  • How to get a better selling price for metal?

    Sort metals, remove any plastic/rubber, prepare photos, specify quantity and address: this way you will get a more accurate quote.

  • Do I need pre-registration/coordination of time?

    You may arrive without registration, however, in case of large quantities or removal, it is better to pre-arrange the time.

  • Do you procure end-of-life vehicles?

    Yes, we provide a service for the purchase of vehicles and their bodies and issue the necessary documents.

  • What impurity percentage is applied to the purchase of vehicles?

    If you deliver a vehicle with tires, seats and the like, the impurity percentage can reach up to 50%. i.e., it is deducted from the total weight and only part of the weight is paid for. We assess each case individually.

  • Can you dispose of sensitive/confidential products?

    Yes, we can. It depends on what kind of a product it is.

  • Do you process household appliances?

    Yes, we accept refrigerators, washing machines, stoves, etc.; liquids or hazardous parts may need to be removed beforehand.

  • Is it possible to have payments in cash?

    Yes, it is possible in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. However, if the amount exceeds EUR 5,000, the payment may only be made via bank payment order.
